This is the thick foundation needed before any sport season.

Two programs are available for Summer 2017

June Athlete Strength Program

5/31/17 - 7/1/17

Three individually scheduled 90min single or partner strength sessions per week for 4.5 weeks. This program is for serious athletes entering high school & older and is the thick foundation of strength, power, and resiliency to injury that everyone needs before a grueling season. July Athlete Speed & Agility Program

7/3/17 - 7/29/17

Two group speed sessions and two group agility sessions offered each week for 4 weeks. This program has two different age groups (Group 1 = high school and up, Group 2 = 8th grade and below) and teaches basic movement skills while also developing faster athletes to excel in their respective sports. 2015 Athlete Summer Program Results! 

The baseline testing data for all seventeen athletes has been compared to the post program testing data, here are the results:

  • Increase in mobility by up to 19% (average ten percent)
  • Increase in broad jump distance by over 9in (average four and a half inches)
  • Increase in speed during Weave Double 30m Test by up to 3 and a half seconds (average 1 and a half seconds)
  • Increase in speed during 30 meter sprint by up to three tenths of a second (average .165 of a second)

2014 Athlete Summer Program Results! 

The baseline testing data for all seventeen athletes has been compared to the post program testing data, here are the results:

  • Increase in mobility of up to 30% (average thirteen percent)
  • Increases in broad jump distance up to over a foot (average four and a half inches)
  • Increases in forty yard sprint speed by up to four tenths of a second (average two tenths of a second)
  • Increases in speed during our Weave Double 40 Test of up to six seconds (average two and a half seconds)
  • Increases in speed during our Diamond Agility Test by over one second (average nine tenths of a second)

*The data showed that higher amounts of participation had a direct correlation with improvements in testing results
