It's easy to fall into a rhythm of consistent mediocrity. Utilize this planner to help you plan and execute small daily tasks to work towards your goals. Keep it as simple as you'd like or make things as complex as you want. Just make sure you evaluate where you were and where you ended up at the end then repeat the goal-setting process. I had the pleasure of coaching Kenzie for a few of her club soccer years and enjoyed helping her a bit in the off seasons. Sad to see her finish up college ball but happy to hear she's continued to excel on and off the field! Best newcomer award winner as a junior year transfer, honorable mention for conference and a hat trick with a combined 6 goals and 3 assists in her senior season as a captain! She also played the most minutes, started 19 of 19 games and placed second in total points for her team in her last year. Excited to see her embark on her new chapter!

The FC Challenge 03 & 04 Boys coached by Fadi B. have been working hard at improving their conditioning. After just a short while the boys on both teams have improved their 300yd shuttle times by an average of 8 seconds on their first shuttle and by as much as 12 seconds in an exhausted state. Overall they've been working hard as a team and have received the positive results of that hard work. Goofy bunch but these boy's are good!
Mary has been working hard throughout the year to stay consistent and continue on her weight loss journey. Within this time she has now surpasses the 100lb Weight Loss Milestone! Congratulations Mary and I look forward to you enjoying your current success!
Athlete programs for the summer of 2017 have completed and all athletes were able to leave having gained some very impressive results. Here is an overview of the program's highlights:
- 40yd Dash's improved by as much as 0.32 seconds
- 5-0-5 Agility test's improved by as much as 0.26 seconds
- 300yd Shuttle conditioning tests improved by as much as 14 seconds

In addition, members now have the ability to pay for any training dues by credit card in addition to cash and check. Members will receive invoices by email for any training costs in which the option for credit card payment will be available. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
