Flexible Athlete Program
Who is this for: If you’re an athlete that suffers from a demanding season and/or an inconsistent schedule, this plan is for you. You get to pick the dates that work best for your schedule without having to commit to the same days and times week in and week out. Have a break or an offseason? This is still your go-to program which we can customize together to help you become a better athlete.

- Movement analysis
- Baseline speed testing
- Baseline agility testing
- Multidirectional equality testing
- Individualized personal training sessions based on your goals such as:
- Speed, Agility, Power, Conditioning, Strength, Balance, Coordination, Mobility, and more
- The support you need to succeed!
