Flexible Athlete Program
Who is this for: If you’re an athlete that suffers from a demanding season and/or an inconsistent schedule, this plan is for you. You get to pick the dates that work best for your schedule without having to commit to the same days and times week in and week out. Have a break or an offseason? This is still your go-to program which we can customize together to help you become a better player.
5 Personal Training Sessions
We will set goals to elevate your skills that may be but are not limited to the following:
Weak leg development, Finishing off the cross, Finishing after 1v1, 1st Touch Finishing, Volleying, Passing, Aerial Control, Small-space dribbling, Break-away Dribbling, Receiving, On-the-ball skills, Off-ball movement, and much more
